Summary:

It has taken fewer than 15 years for Hélène Darroze to become one of the world’s most famous French chefs. Today she is in charge of the kitchens of London’s celebrated Connaught Hotel. She also keeps a close eye on her Parisian restaurant on the Rue d’Assas, supervises the menu of another establishment in Moscow ,and makes private lunches for anything from 20 to 600 guests!
