‘Mum, Dad, I’m gay…’. For children, the difficulty is saying it; for parents, it’s hearing it. In this ground-breaking documentary, 5 parents tell the story, without complacency, of how they welcomed their child’s coming-out. At first, no one saw it as good news. Some reacted more strongly than others, but they all made progress and their outlook changed. More or less quickly and sometimes painfully. Director Pascal PETIT has chosen to tell the story of this change in their view of their child’s homosexuality.
